Community Impact Report – 2025 Innovation Propeller:
Empowering Communities Through Creativity, Innovation, and Support At Innovation Propeller, we are driven by a mission to use creativity, technology, and collaboration to uplift our communities. In 2025, we deepened our impact by supporting youth, families, entrepreneurs, and local organisations with practical, purpose-driven initiatives that make a real difference. Creative Support for Local Sports and Youth Development We proudly designed professional posters and match-day visuals for Freddie's Place, boosting their presence and engagement around local soccer matches.
Moleleki City Football Club, we went beyond design support by providing coaching and mentorship for young players, helping develop not just talent—but discipline, leadership, and teamwork.
Strengthening Non-Profits:
Through Media and Administrative Support Through strong partnerships with local businesses, community-based organisations, and aligned companies, we were able to assist Predestined2Conquer, an Eden Park-based NPO, with media packaging, branding, and campaign administration. Our support helped sharpen their impact and professionalism in community outreach. Education and Family Support Services We helped young learners stay on track by offering homework assistance and supporting tertiary education applications for high school graduates seeking to further their studies. Recognising the struggles many families face, we guided parents from disadvantaged backgrounds in applying for children’s social grants, reducing barriers to access and improving household stability.
Boosting Local Businesses and Entrepreneurs:
We assisted small and informal businesses in achieving full compliance with SARS and CIPC, unlocking access to funding, tenders, and growth opportunities. Our team also supported entrepreneurs with branding, digital tools, and strategic advice, ensuring that even the smallest ventures have a shot at success in the township economy.
Training and Opportunities in Theatre and Film
We hosted workshops for aspiring actors, offering skills training in both theatre and film performance. These creative spaces allowed local talent to develop, collaborate, and prepare for real industry opportunities. Looking Forward: Building a Stronger Kasie Economy As we reflect on 2025, we are inspired by the impact made—but we know there is still more to do. In the coming year, Innovation Propeller aims to expand its services by providing affordable ICT and business solutions to help our communities tap into the township (Kasie) economy and create sustainable job opportunities. We envision a future where every creative, entrepreneur, student, or dreamer in our townships has the tools and support to succeed.
